Abstract :Çalışma 2011-2012 yılları arasında Sarız Kayseri-Türkiye yöresinden toplanan makromantar örnekleri üzerinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Arazi ve laboratuar çalışmaları sonucunda, Ascomycota and Basidiomycota bölümlerine ait iki sınıf, 22 familya ve 45 cins içinde yer alan 54 takson belirlenmiştir. Taksonların tamamı bölge için yeni kayıttır
