Abstract :Verbascum szovitsianum Boiss. var. szovitsianum Scrophulariaceae is reported and illustrated for the first time from East Anatolia. This new record is confined to B10 Ağrı- Doğubeyazıt. The diagnostic morphological characters from closely related taxon are discussed
