Abstract :Elazığ ili Palu ilçesinin briyofit florasını tespit etmek amacıyla yapılan bu çalışmada, 2018 yılının farklı vejetasyon dönemlerinde toplanan briyofit örneklerinin teşhis edilmesi ile, 9 familya ve 23 cinse ait 48 takson insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(1 ciğerotu, 47 karayosunu); belirlenmiştir. Bu taksonlardan; 4’ü Henderson kareleme sistemine göre B9 karesi için, 7’si ise Elazığ ili için yenidir. Pellia endiviifolia’nın alanda bulunması ile Elazığ ilinde bulunan ciğerotu kaydı 2’ye yükselmiştir. Taksonlara ait hayat formları, ekolojik ve floristik özellikler çalışmada sunulmuştur.
