Helicoverpa armigera (Hübner) (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae)’nın hassas populasyonu üzerinde topikal biyoanaliz yöntemiyle on iki insektisit için lethal doz (LD50) değerlerinin belirlenmesi

Abstract :Cotton is one of the important industrial plants in Turkey and Helicoverpa armigera insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(cotton bollworm);insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Hübner); insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Lepidoptera: Noctuidae); is one of the most important pests of cotton in Turkey. This pest causes important loss of production by damaging especially generative organs on cotton. Commonly, chemical control method was used against this pest. Furthermore, high quantity of insecticides was also used to control it in our country.  Therefore, resistance problems were seen in H. armigera against used insecticides in some years. The purpose of this study is to determine the baseline toxicity insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Lethal Dose insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(LD50);); values in susceptible populations of H. armigera for registered active substances on cotton in Turkey. Third instar larvae of H. armigera from susceptible populations were used in the experiments. In this study, we were determined the LD50 values for 12 active substances; azinphos-methyl insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(0.152 µg/larva);, bifentrin insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(0.004 µg/larva);, beta-cyfluthrin insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(0.001 µg/larva);, esfenvalerate insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(0.003 µg/larva);, thiodicarb insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(0.116 µg/larva);, indoxacarb insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(0.043 µg/larva);, lambda-cyhalothrin insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(0.002 µg/larva);, methomyl insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(0.201 µg/larva);, profenofos insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(0.096 µg/larva);, pyridalyl insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(0.011 µg/larva);, spinosad insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(0.015 µg/larva); and zeta-cypermethrin insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(0.003 µg/larva); by using topical bioassay method. The determined LD50 values in susceptible population of H. armigera will be used to detect resistance ratios of H. armigera field populations in these insecticides resistance monitoring works.
