Abstract :The International Journal of Information Management has been a leading platform for scholarly discussions on information management for over four decades. This study examines the evolution of IJIM’s research landscape from 1986 to 2024 using topic modeling. Utilizing Latent Dirichlet Allocation, we identify seven dominant research themes and analyze their progression over time. Our findings reveal that digital transformation, AI-driven analytics, and social computing have emerged as key areas shaping the field of information management, while traditional topics such as knowledge management and business processes have experienced relative stagnation. This approach provides a deeper exploration of latent thematic structures, offering a more nuanced understanding of research trends. The study highlights underexplored areas such as public IT applications and digital government strategies, offering strategic directions for future research. Methodologically, this study enhances thematic analysis by employing natural language processing techniques to improve the accuracy of topic extraction. These findings contribute to a better understanding of IJIM’s scholarly impact and provide valuable implications for researchers, journal editors, and policymakers in the field of information management. Keywords : Konu Modelleme, Bilgi Yönetimi, Araştırma Trendleri
