Abstract :In this study, a special lower triangular matrix derived by combining Riesz matrix and Jordan totient matrix is used to construct new Banach spaces. $\\alpha-$,$\\beta-$,$\\gamma-$duals of the resulting spaces are obtained and some matrix operators are characterized.
