Abstract :In a recent paper insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(c. f., Uluçay insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(1985););, which has heen ahstracted in the Book of ABSTRACTS of the ICM 86, we have shown the rednn- dancy of the hypothesis that n-î is prime in the Lemma XXXI of Shaeffer and Spencer insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(1950);. It should be also noted the evident fact that when P2insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(z); is reduced to 1 + Âz -p p,z2, the possibility of a double root has been tacitly overlooked by Shaeffer and Spencer insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(1950);. Yet, in view of Lemma XXXI, the conciusive Thecrem II of Uluçay insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(1973); just corresponds to that exceptional case wbich reduces the extremal function cinsert ignore into journalissuearticles values(z); to koebe function.
