Abstract :This paper is devoted to the problem of approximation of continuously differaitiable fiınctions by the modifıed Balaszs-Bemstein type rational fiınctions. ’lhe theorem on the order of approximation, in terms of moduius of continuity, and the Voronowskaja type theorem are established.
