À propos du sceau publié par Francfort 1975 , Gabrielli 2006 : 33 et 82, fig. 34 a émis l’hypothèse que « les cavaliers perses utilisent même la lance de cavalerie, maniée à deux mains, comme arme de choc ». En effet, sur le sceau en question, assez érodé, la main droite du cavalier pourrait apparaître sur l’arrière de la lance clairement tenue de la main gauche placée en avant
