Abstract :The composition and the stability constants of Cuinsert ignore into journalissuearticles values(II); and Ni insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(II); eomplexes with o-carboxy- phenylh drazö ethylacetoacetate ligand insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(o-CPHEA); were studied spectrophotometrically. Also the isolated solid complexes were investigated using uv & visible and înfrared spectra.
