Abstract :Conflict is a fact which can be faced anywhere where human beings exist. For this reason it has been investigated by different scientific disciplines. Management and organization disciplines also study organizational conflict. The ealier management and organization concepts had referred to conflict as a pathogenic phenomenon and suggested to remove it immediately from the organization. However modern- management&organizatiom concepts believe that conflict has a supportive effect which enables development and progress, thereby focussing on transforming conflict into a constructive industry. In this research the reasons and the types of organizational conflicts faced in accomadation industry are investegated. In addition the strategies implemented in conflict management are studied to determine wheter or not the differ according to the employees’ sex, level of education, rank and departments
