Abstract :Noise, as one of the most widespread risks for the employees and by progressing stealthily even cause deafness tries to be prevented in our country with two main acts and regulations which sometimes includes contradictory articles also. It must also be added to these regulations the Social Insurance Act which makes the definition of occupational diseases and appends the related social insurances. Although they are contradictory existing regulations recognize important rights for the employees. This article is concerning about the loss of the sense of hearing is not a natural result of ageing and if the necessary measures are applied they can protect their ear health; and how the necessary measures can be taken under the light of existing regulations
