Abstract :The main subject of our study is the examination of rules about workmanship rights in the agreement which is signed between entrepreneur and contractor related to doing work. The study is formed as five parts. In the first part interaction between labor law and obligation law were evaluated reciprocally. In the second and third parts were introduced characteristics, results and exceptions of the relativity principles of obligations. In the forth part reflections of relativity principle in the labor law was taken into consideration. Especially legal quality of related rules about workmanship rights in the agreement which is signed between entrepreneur and contractor was investigated. In the fifth part stated that workers can sue depend on this agreement. And finally general findings of the study were mentioned shortly
