Abstract :An economic system shaped by Islamic clauses requires analyzing its approaches about social classes and property relations within the production process, in order to explore whether or not it will be able to form a real alternative choice on the basis of economic justice. In this way, it is possible to achieve the general means of evidence of Islamic approach on distribution problem and industrial relations system which is shaped as a result of mutual power of parties. Besides, in the course of discussions about Islamic view as an alternative economic model, it is very important to determine that; to which conclusions the Islamic clauses will render today rather than their aim of divine inspiration in the medieval times
