ALTERNATİF İRRİGASYON SOLÜSYONU OLARAK GÜMÜŞ NANOPARÇACIKLARIN E. FAECALİS ÜZERİNE ANTİBAKTERİYEL ETKİSİ

Abstract :OsAmaç Bu çalışmanın amacı Enterococcus faecalis insert ignore into journalissuearticles values( E. faecalis ); ile enfekte edilmiş insan kök kanallarında %5.25 sodyum hipoklorit insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(NaOCl);, %2 Klorheksidin glukonat insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(CHX);, %0.0023 ve %0.0047 konsantras- yonlardaki gümüş nanoparçacıkların insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(AgNP); anribak- teriyel etkinliğini belirlemektir. Gereç ve Yöntem Kırk altı çekilmiş üst çene santral kesici dişin kronu uzaklaştırıldı, ProTaper Sistem insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Dentsply Maillefer, Ballaigues, Switzerland); ile F3 boyutuna kadar genişletildi. Örnekler sterilize edildi. Steril üç adet kanal negatif kontrol grubu olarak ayrıldı. Kırk üç adet kök kanalı E. faecalis insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(ATCC 29212); ile 1 hafta inoküle edildi. E. faecalis ile inoküle edilmiş üç adet kök kanalı pozitif kontrol grubu olarak ayrıldı. İrrigasyon prosedürlerinden önce mikrobiyal ör- nekler elde edildi ve koloni oluşturma birimleri hesap- landı. Kırk adet kök kanalı kullanılan irrigasyon prose- dürlerine göre insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(n=10);  şu şekilde 4 gruba ayrıldı; Grup 1: %5.25 NaOCl; Grup 2: %2 CHX; Grup 3: %0.0023 AgNP solüsyonu, Grup 4: %0.0047 AgNP solüsyonu. İrrigasyon prosedürlerinden sonra, koloni sayısındaki yüzdesel azalma belirlendi. Veriler istatistiksel olarak tek yönlü varyans analizi ve Tahmane’s T2 post hoc testi ile analiz edildi. Bulgular NaOCl insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(%100); ve CHX insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(%98); solüsyonları E. faecalis üzerinde istatistiksel olarak eşit etkinliğe insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(P> 0.05); sahipti ve her ikisinin de koloni sayısındaki yüz- desel azaltma etkinliği %0.0047 AgNP insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(%64); ve % 0.0023 AgNP insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(%60); solüsyonlarından insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(P<0.05); ista- tistiksel olarak önemli düzeyde fazlaydı. Sonuç Her iki AgNP insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(23 ve 47 ppm); solüsyonu da, NaOCl ve CHX solüsyonlarına göre daha az antibakteriyel aktiviteye sahipti. FAECALIS ABSTRACT   Aim: The aim of this study was to evaluate the antibacterial effect of 5.25% sodium hypochlorite insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(NaOCl);, 2% chlorhexidine insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(CHX); gluconate, 0.0023% and 0.0047% concentrations of silver nanoparticles insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(AgNP); solutions in human root canals infected by Enterococcus faecalis insert ignore into journalissuearticles values( E. faecalis );. Material and Methods Forty-six extracted maxillary central incisor teeth were decoronated, prepared with ProTaper System insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Dentsply Maillefer, Ballaigues, Switzerland); up to a master apical file size of F3. The specimens were sterilized. The three sterilized root canals were divided as a negative control. Forty-three root canals were inoculated with E. faecalis insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(ATCC 29212); for 1 week. The three root canals, inoculated with E. faecalis, were preserved as positive control. Microbial samples were obtained before irrigation procedures and colony forming units were counted. Forty root canals were divided into four insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(n=10); groups according to the irrigation solutions used as follows; Group 1: 5.25% NaOCl; Group 2: 2% CHX; Group 3: 0.0023% AgNP solution, Group 4: 0.0047% AgNP solution. After irrigation procedures, the percentage reduction in colony counts insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(%RCC); was determined. The data were statistically analyzed using one-way analysis of variance and Tahmane’s T2 post hoc tests. Results NaOCl insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(100%); and CHX insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(98%); solutions were equally effective insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(P > 0.05); on E. faecalis and the RCC of them were significantly higher than 0.0047% AgNP insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(64%); and 0.0023% AgNP insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(60%); solutions. insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(P < 0.05); Conclusions The both AgNP insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(23 and 47 ppm); solutions had less antibacterial activity than NaOCl and CHX solutions.
