Abstract :Santral dev hücreli granüloma belirgin klinikopatolojik özellikleri ile kemi4in yayg n benign lezyonlar ndan birisidir. Etyolojisi belli de4ildir ve biyolojik davran iyi bir ekilde anla lamam t r. Bu lezyonlar n hemen hemen tamam sadece çene kemiklerinde ortaya ç kar. Genellikle çene kemi4inde a4r s z bir i lik eklinde ve radyolojik olarak maksilla veya mandibulada radyolüsent bir lezyon eklinde görülür. Konvansiyonel tedavisi lokal küretajd r.
