Abstract :Ameloblastoma, genellikle agresif geli im gösteren ve konservatif tedavi sonras yüksek nüks oran na sahip olan, benign odontojenik bir tümördür. Unikistik ameloblastoma, ameloblastoman n di1er formlar na göre, daha az agresif karakterlidir ve vakalar nço1unda, konservatif cerrahi i lemler ile yeterli tedavi sa1lanmaktad r. Vaka raporumuzda, sol alt çene molar bölgesinde i lik ve a1r ikayeti ile ba vuran 22 ya ndaki bayan hastan n radyolojik incelemesinde, ilgili bölgede uniloküler ve radyolüsent bir lezyon tespit edildi. Lezyon lokal anestezi alt nda tamamen enüklee edildi ve materyal histopatolojik incelemeye gönderildi. 7ncelenen örne1e unikistik ameloblastoma tan s konuldu ve nüks ihtimali dü ünülerek hasta takibe al nd .Hastan n 3 y ll k kontrollerinde nüksle kar la lmad ve lezyon bölgesinin tamamen iyile ti1i saptand
