Abstract :Damakta oroantral fistülü bulunan 58 yaşında erkek hasta, beslenme sırasında yiyecek ve içeceklerin burun yoluna kaçması şikayetiyle kliniğimize başvurmuştur. Hazırlanan defekt protezi ile hastanın şikayetleri giderilmiş, fonasyon ve estetiği düzeltilmiştir. Bu çalışmada oroantral fistülü bulunan bir hastaya uygulanan diş, doku ve bar destekli protez hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Sonuç olarak; fistülün cerrahi olarak kapatılamadığı vakalarda protetik tedavinin alternatif bir tedavi yöntemi olabileceği kanaatine varılmıştır. Anahtar Kelimeler: Oroantral fistül, protetik rehabilitasyon PROSTHETIC REHABILITATION OF A PATIENT WITH O ROANTRAL FISTULA: A CASE REPORT ABSTRACT   Oroantral fistula causes functional, aesthetic and phonation disorders in patients. A fifty-eight year-old male patient with a fistula oroantral on his hard palate has consulted to our clinic with the complaint that during the meal the food and drink go through his nasal. Patient\`s complaint has been treated with a defect prosthesis and phonation and aesthetics problems have been corrected. This article gives a description about a specific clinical case in which the patient with oroantral fistula has been successfully treated by using tooth, tissue and bar-supported prosthesis. To conclude, in cases which the fistula can\`t be treated through surgical method, prosthetic treatment can be considered as an alternative treatment.
