Abstract :ÖZET   Bu çalışmanın amacı, Stafne kemik kavitesi bulunan 2 olgunun klinik ve radyolojik özellikleri ile 1 yıllık takiplerini sunmaktır.  Stafne kemik kavitesi bulunan iki erkek hastanın radyolojik ve klinik bulguları değerlendirildi. Klinik olarak herhangi bir şikayeti bulunmayan 65 yaşında erkek hastanın sol mandibular premolar bölgesinde mental foramenin hemen altında, 64 yaşında erkek hastanın ise sağ mandibular birinci molar dişinin apikalinde lokalize Stafne kemik kavitesi tespit edildi. Radyolojik ve klinik olarak 1 yıllık takibi yapılan iki olguda herhangi bir problem olmadığı görüldü. Stafne kemik kavitesi, genellikle rutin kontroller sırasında tesadüfen fark edilir. Tedavisi periyodik kontrollere dayanan konservatif tedavidir. Anahtar Kelimeler: Kemik kistleri, Mandibula, Takip STAFNE BONE CAVITY: 2 CASE REPORTS ABSTRACT   The purpose of this study is to present two patients with Stafne bone cavity and its clinical and radiological features with 1-year follow-up.  Radiological and clinical findings of two male patients with Stafne bone cavity were evaluated. Stafne bone cavity was determined both 65 years old male patient with any complaints clinically at mandibular premolar region below the mental foramen and 64-year-old male patient at mandibular first molar tooth apical.   Any problem was observed radiological and clinical 1 year follow-up in both patients. Stafne bone cavity is usually noticed incidentally during routine controls. Treatment is conservative based on periodic controls. Key Words: Bone Cysts, Mandible, Pursuit
