Abstract :Giriş ve Amaç: Monoblok itriyum stabilize tetragonal zirkonya polikristal insert ignore into journalissuearticles values( Y- TZP ); seramikler, diğer seramikler ile karşılaştırıldığında yüksek mekanik ve estetik özellikler sergileyen en güncel materyallerden biri olmuştur. Monoblok zirkonya biyouyumluluk, nontoksik etkileri, düşük bakteriyel adezyon gibi özellikleri ile tabakalı seramiklerin önüne geçmiştir. Bu vaka raporunun amacı, tam seramik restorasyonlar ile maksiller anterior dişlerin estetik olmayan görünümünü restore etmektir. Olgu: 27 yaşındaki erkek hasta anterior dişlerinin estetik olmayan görünümü şikayetiyle başvurmuştur. Klinik ve radyografik inceleme sonucunda bruksizmi olan hastada çiğneme yüzeyleri ve insizal kenarlarda aşınma olduğu gözlenmiştir. Ön bölge estetik restorasyonlar için translusensi ve dayanıklılık avantajları nedeniyle monolitik zirkonya materyali seçilmiştir. Sonuç: 12 aylık takip sonucunda hiçbir estetik ve fonksiyonel komplikasyon rapor edilmemiştir. Protetik rehabilitasyonda çift tabakalı seramik sistemleri ile ilişkili komplikasyonları önlemek için monolitik zirkonya sistemleri kullanılabilir. Anahtar kelimeler: monoblok zirkonya, estetik; kron   ABSTRACT Purpose: Monoblock yttria-stabilized tetragonal zirconia polycrystal insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Y-TZP); ceramics, became one of the most current material which exhibits high mechanical and aesthetic properties compared with other ceramics. Monoblock zirconia is a biocompatible non toxic material with low bacterial adhesion and which eliminates multilayering of ceramics. The purpose of this report was to restore unaesthetics appearance of maxillary anterior teeth with full ceramic restoration. Case presentation: A 27-year-old man referred because of the unaesthetic appearance of anterior teeth. As a result of clinical and radiographical examinations, it is indicated that patient with wear on occlusal surfaces is the patient having bruxism. Monolithic zirconia was chosen for its’ translucency for anterior esthetics and strength. Results: No esthetic and functional complications were reported after 12 months. Prosthetic rehabilitation using monolithic zirconia may help to prevent complications associated with bilayered ceramics systems. Key words: monoblock zirconia; esthetic; crown
