Abstract :The institution of foundation insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Waqf);, which takes its basic fundamentals from İslamic Thought and Turkish traditionals, is inevitable element in the formation of Ottoman society. Of course, the foundations and their functions, which constitute, so far; a subject for the social, cultural, economical, religious and historical investigations are not restricted only with this points. Although we restricted this article with kind of foundations and their proceeding ways in the Ottoman society, we also talked about the point above
