Abstract :Although the literature on economic globalization is quite extensive, the same thing can not be said on the globalization and religion. First of all I seek to understand the globalization process and its impact on religion. As we know globalization consists of two major parts: one of them is a tendency toward homogeneity and the other simultaneously in the direction of heterogeneity. Of course the process has affected religions all over the world. So as a process of change that affects nation-states societies, individuals and religion it will be examined in the context of Turkish society. Finally I will try to explore the religious pictures of the Turkish societies from the globalization point of view
