Abstract :Alawite Religious Course is a course in public school of different states in Germany for Alawite children. In the paragraph of The Constitution of Germany insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(the Number of 7/ 3);, common charecter of this course that educated in the frame of state constitutions and state schools is that this course is confessional religious course. It is possible that, there are legal and educational effect from this course on Turkey over Germany and Eurepean Union. Innovators of these effects have been started seeing in the field of legal and religious education. In this article, firstly there have been informed about historical development and legal and religious educational charecteristics of Alawite religious course in Germany, secondly possible effects of this course on Turkey about legal and religious educational
