Abstract :Divine management is a kind of management that based on the truth of human existence and realized in the hearts. This kind of management is special to prophets and their true followers of God and aims to remove human from beastliness to divine statement, from darkness to lightness turning to name of Lord. In this article we tried to look into the personal characteristics of managers in Panchatantra using ideas of some management intellectuals
