Abstract :Nations` literature has a close relation to their society. Assuming that literature specifically the section related to story literature is a symbol of the races` national identity and may demonstrate theirvarious intellectual and cultural system as well as their morality, we have attempted in this research to study the native elements of the Suvashun romance through an analytical-descriptive method and in a critical discussion analysis framework, and based on which to describe and analyze the Iranian religious, geographic, social, cultural and historical characteristics in contemporary era. In consideration of the native and nativism elements as a nation`s distinct characteristics, the authors` emphasis would be on the two elements of religion and nationality. By the nativism term we mean a set of national and religious identifying factors which distinct the Iranian culture from other cultures. Religion and sect contains belief and deed-based concepts and traditions in one hand; and nationality with its indices such as territory, home, ceremonies and folklore, language attendance, culture attendance, morality, as well as native beliefs and values, on the other hand form the Iranian identity. They will be our research base in considering the Suvashun romance
Keywords : Suvashun, Simin Daneshvar, Native literature, Nativism, Iranian story literature
