Abstract :Social enterprise has special attention to the developed countries by researchers from different fields. In Albania, this concept is relatively new, consequently, there are no many studies of socioeconomic character. This study intends to analyze the impact of social enterprises in Albania society. The information used was based on multiple sources, considering the nature of it. The aim of the study was the exploration of the model of social enterprise. Data was gathered using direct observation. Interviews were analyzed using thematic analysis. Literature research was conducted, such as: legal framework, reports, theory, and research studies. The main findings showed that social value created depends on the nature of entrepreneurs in the Albanian context. As a result, it contributes to a better understanding of the role of social enterprises and the impact in social development. It ends up with an effort to reflect the conclusions emerging from the study.
