Abstract :“Omah Mushroom Ungaran” is one of the oyster mushroom baglog producers in Indonesia. The problem is delays in fulfilling demand due to manufacturing lead time (MLT), which exceeds the time limit for the product to reach the customer. The MLT that appears to produce the average monthly demand is 6462 pcs baglog, which is 39575.73 minutes (28 days). We should fulfill the order for one month within 26 days. Therefore, the researchers created a design to improve the oyster mushroom baglog mixing process at the mixing workstation to reduce MLT. The approach taken is value stream mapping. The sieving process, which occurs after blending raw materials using a mixing machine, is causing delays in fulfilling demand and serves as the root cause. The mixing machine design used by the company has not been able to produce the desired mixing output. The solution the researchers designed was developing a mixing machine with a stirrer propeller. The researchers also created an infill tank on the device to unify the mixed packaging process. After implementing the improvements, results were obtained in the form of a reduction in sieving workstations, a reduction in non-added value (NVA) time, an increase in PCE by 3.68%, a decrease in MLT by 3213,718 minutes (2 days). Keywords : value stream mapping, oyster baglog production, lean manufacturing
