Abstract :Özet i 9. yüzyılın sonu ile 20. yüzyılın başlarında yaşayıp yazan satirik şair Sabir\`İn hayatı, edebî kişiliği, mizah anlayışı ve aktüalitesini hâlâ büyük bir canlılıkla devam ettiren şiirleri ele alınmıştır. Yine Sabir\`İn, devrin olaylarını izleme, gözleme gücü, bu olayları özgün bediî mizahı ile işleme yeteneği incelenmiştir. Anahtar Sözcükler: Sabir, satirik şair, satirik şiir.
