Abstract :Bu araştırmada, Yatılı İlköğretim Bölge Okulları insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(YİBO); ile normal eğitim veren ilköğretim okulları insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(İO); ikinci kademe öğrencilerinin saldırganlık düzeyleri açısından  karşılaştırılması ve farklılıkların tespit edilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini, Erzurum iline bağlı üç ilçedeki yatılı ilköğretim bölge okulları ile yine  bu ilçelerdeki birer ilköğretim okulunun II. kademesinde öğrenim görmekte olan ve seçkisiz olarak  belirlenen toplam 451 öğrenciden oluşturulmuştur. Örneklem grubuna “Saldırganlık Ölçekleri” testi uygulanarak, veriler SPSS istatistik programında  analiz edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak; YİBO öğrencilerinin “kendine dönük ve antisosyal saldırganlık”  düzeyleri yüksek bulunmuştur. Cinsiyetler açısından ayrı ayrı değerlendirildiğinde yatılı kızların  “kendine dönük saldırganlık” düzeyleri diğer kız öğrencilerden, yatılı erkek öğrencilerin ise  “antisosyal saldırganlık” düzeyleri diğer erkek öğrencilerden yüksek bulunmuştur. Yatılı kızların  antisosyal saldırganlık puanları ile normal öğrenim gören erkeklerin antisosyal saldırganlık  puanları arasında fark bulunmamıştır. Normal okullarda alt sınıflarda dolaylı saldırganlık puanları  yüksek iken yatılı okullarda alt ve üst sınıflar açısından bir fark bulunmamıştır. In this investigation, it is aimed to compare the students of the boarding and non-boarding  secondary schools in terms of their aggression levels and to determine the differences between  them. The research group was composed of 451 secondary school students. The subjects were choosen from  three different districts of Erzurum. “The Agression Scales” was applied to the subjects and the data was analyzed by using SPSS  statistics programme. The results can be summarized as follow; Antisocial and self aggression levels of the boarder  students were found high. The self aggression level of the female boarder students were found  higher than the other female student subjects; and the antisocial aggression level of boarder male  students were found higher than the male students in secondary schools. There was no difference  between the female boarders and the male students in secondary schools in terms of their antisocial  aggression levels. In secondary schools the covert aggression levels of sub-classes were higher. In  the boarding schools no difference was observed among the sub and upper classes.
