Abstract :Bu çalışmanın konusu, insan yaşamında önemli yeri olan serbest zamanın, insanların ve toplumların yararına kullanılabilmesi için gerek duyulan serbest zaman eğitimi ve bu eğitime yönelik farklı bakış açılarını değerlendirebilmek ve sağladığı yararları ortaya koyabilmektir. Serbest zaman eğitiminin öneminin farkına varılması, bu zaman diliminde sağlanabilecek bireysel ve toplumsal yararlara daha fazla erişebilmek adına gereklidir. Alanyazın taraması ile derlenen bu çalışmada serbest zaman eğitimi, farklı boyutlarıyla incelenmiştir. Sonuç olarak, serbest zaman eğitimine yönelik bilgi verilerek, önemine ve gerekliliğine dikkat çekilmiş ve yaygınlaştırılması ile ilgili öneriler sunulmuştur. Realizing the importance of leisure education is necessary to reach outcomes of leisure for both individuals and society. Relying on literature review this study analyzes leisure from different perspectives. As a result, informing about the significance of leisure education, attention is drawn to the importance and necessity of leisure and suggestions are provided for making it more prevalent.
