Abstract :Yazın biliminin önemli bir parçası olan yazın eğitimi, iki temel asal olan yazın ve eğitimi buluşturan, bütünleştiren bir kavramdır. Bu eğitimin temel niteliği soyut ya da kurmaca olan yazınsal yapıt aracılığıyla öğrencinin özellikle anlama/anlamlandırma, duyma/duyurma, sezme/sezdirme yetilerini geliştirmesidir. Bu kazanımlar dışında yazın eğitiminin dikkate alınması gereken en temel işlevi okurun/öğrencinin estetik duyguları geliştirmesi, söz dağarcığını varsıllaştırması ve yaratıcı düşünme yollarını kazandırmasıdır. Bunlara bireysel, ulusal ve evrensel değerleri edindirme de eklenebilir. Bu çalışmada yazın eğitiminin estetik zevkin geliştirilmesine olan katkısı üzerinde durulmuştur. Literary education, an important part of literary science, is a concept that unites and integrates two fundamental subjects, literature and education. The basic characteristic of this education is to develop the student’s abilities to understand/signify, feel/affect, perceive/enlighten through the medium of an abstract or fictional literary work. Besides these, a basic function of literary education is to develop the aesthetic feelings of the reader/student, to enrich their vocabulary and to enhance their creative thinking. Heightening the awareness of individual, national and universal values can also be included. This study emphasizes the contribution of developing aesthetic pleasure in literary education.
