Abstract :Anahtar sözcükler: Atropin, Tükürük akış hızı, Tat eşiği, PTC Atropinin kullanılmasından önce ve sonra tükürük akış hızları ölçüldü. Atropinle akış hızı azalan tükürükte tat alma duyarlılığı PTC İle araştırıldı. Sonuçlara göre tat alma duyarlılığının tükürük akışındaki azalmalarla etkilenmediği belirlendi. Key words: Atropin, Salivary Jlow rate, Taste threshold, PTC Atropin was used and after the use of Atropin. When Atropin was used, the Jlow rate of saliva was decreased and sensitivity of thé taste was studied by PTC. As a result, the sensitivity oj the taste is not effected from the flow rate of saliva.
