Abstract :Özet Bu çalışmada, elektrocerrahinin çocuklarda uygulanabilirlik alanları olgular üzerinde araştırılarak değerlendirildi. Dişeti polipinin alınmasında, klinik kuron boyunun uzatılmasında, abse drenajında ve dişlerin sürdürülebilmeleri için üzerlerindeki dişeti dokusunun kaldırılmasında elektrocerrahi kullanımının hem hekim hem çocuk için kolay bir yöntem olduğu İzlendi. Bu nedenle, kurallara uygun olarak kullanıldığında çocuklarda elektrocerrahi kullanımının klasik cerrahi yöntemlere göre daha kolay, etkili ve başardı bir yöntem olacağı sonucuna varıldı. Anahtar sözcük: Elektrocerrahi Abstract In this study, the application areas of electrosurgery in children are investigated and evaluated with some cases. It has been demonstrated that the use of electrosurgery in removing gingival polipe, elongating clinical crowns, abcess drainage and removing soft tissues over unempted teeth is an easy technique for both dentist and child. Therefore it is concluded that use of electrosurgery in children will be more practical, efficient and successful technic tlian the classical surgery techniques. Key word: Electrosurgery
