Abstract :ÖZET Bu çalışmada akrilik tam protezli 39 hastada insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(ortalama yaş 59);, protez stomatitİnin varlığı ile tükürükteki maya oranlan, tükürük akış hızı, cinsiyet, yaş, protez kaide plağının metal insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Cr-Co alaşımı); kaide plağı ile değiştirilmesinin protez stomatitİnin iyileşmesine etkisi üç hafta süre ile incelenmiştir. Protez stomatiti klinik olarak 39 hastadan 12\`sinde insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(% 30.8); saplanmıştır. Protez stomatiti İle sözü edilen parametrelerin hiçbiri arasında anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmamıştır. Protez stomatitli 12 hastada akrilik kaide plağının metal kaide plağı ile değiştirilme Öncesi ve sonrasında tükürük, protez ve damaktaki maya varlığı, oranlan ve tükürük akış hızı değerleri arasında anlamlı bir fark bulunmamasına karşılık klinik olarak iyileşme gözlenmiştir. ABSTRACT In this study, the relations between the denture stomatitis and the yeast rate in saliva, saliva flow rate, sex, age, denture usage period and smoking habits were investigated on 39 patients wearing acrylic based complete dentures insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(with an average of 59);. In addition, the effect of replacing acrylic denture base with metal base insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Cr-Co alloy); for 3 weeks on denture stomatitis was evaluated. Denture stomatitis was seen in 12 of 39 patients insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(30.8%); clinically. Although no significant relation was found statistically between the parameters investigated and the denture stomatitis, healing was determined clinically.
