Abstract :ÖZET Yukarıdaki yazıda Mierogenİe, Glossoptose ve damak yarığından müteşekkil olan Pierre-Robin Sendromu tarif edilmiş; şimdiye kadar kullanılan konsarvatif ve operatif tedavi metodlar kısaca anlatılarak Krüger tarafından geliştirilen extension metodu ile tedavi edilen bir vaka sunulmuştur.
