Abstract :ÖZET Tebliğde, iki vak\`aya İmplants-aiguill es uygulanması anlatılmaktadır. Birinci uygulama; 23 yaşında bir hastanın eksi k olan sa ğ üst lateral dişi yerine üç tane «Tantal» otoforan broş yerleştirdikten sonra, acryl\`den \`hazırlanmış bir diş broşların mukoza üstünde kalan çıkıntılarına otopollı merizatla yapıştırılarak tamamlanmıştır. İkinci uygulama; aiveol kret ÃnÃn çok düz olması nedeniyle total protez taşımaktan şikayetçi, 50 yaşlarında bîr hastada, kaninler bölgesine uygulanan broşlar üstüne, altı üyeli, estetik bir köprü protezi tamamlandıktan sonra, iskelet parsiy protez uygulanarak hastanın normal çiğneme fonksiyonu sağlanmıştır. Vak\`a uygulaması, tebliğ anında 8 mm.lik filmle g österilmiştir. SUMMARY In this article the application of ¡mplants aÃguiles in two cases were told. In the first case, a 23 years old patient, wissing right maxiiler lateral tooth was treated after placing 3 «Tantal» otoforan implants in this area an acrylic crown prepared formerly was adjusted on the implants extended over gingival mucosa. In the second case, a 50 years old patient was treated, He complained about wearing full denture because of his unfavorable alveolar process. implants aiguil les were inserted bilateral maxille caninus areas and 6 unit metal acrylic bridge prosthesis were fixed over these implants. Patients normal chewing function was completed with a removable partial denture. The application of the implants aiguilles to the patients were shown by a film during the presentation of this article.Keywords :
