Abstract :ÖZET Bu araştırmada, aşırı kole hassasiyeti g österen dişlerin tedavisinde, kliniğimizde daha önce kullanılan gümüş nitrat ve Dentoln Berna ile İontoforez kullanılarak 156 diş tedavisi edilımiş ve birbirlerine ol an üstünlükleri araştırılmıştır. Her üç rnetod için limit tedavi süresi 6 hafta kabul edilerek yapılan istatistik değerlendirmelerde sonuçlar karşılaştırıldığı takdirde en kısa zamanda gümüş nitrat\`ın tesir ettiği fakat dişlerde re nk değişikliğine sebep olduğu, kontoforez\`in ikinci, Dentoin Berna\`nın üçüncü sırayı aldığı görülmüştür.   İontoforezin ağrısız ve kolay tatbik edilişi yanında yan tesirlerinin olmayışı köle hassasiyetlerinde tedavi metodu olarak kullanılmasının uygun olacağı sonucunu ortaya çıkarmıştır. SUMMARY In this study; Silver Nitrate, Dention  Berna and lontoforze techiques are used. 156 teeth are treated and are compared with each other. Each method is used for a 6 weeks treatment. Statistical studies showed that silver Nitrate acts in the shortest time but it changes the color of the teeth; lontoforez carries second and Dentoin Berna carries third,lontoforez techique does not give pain, is applied easly and does not have any side effects; Therefore for cole sensitivity the lontoforez techique is the best way of treatment.
