Abstract :ÖZET İlk defa Willet tarafından ortaya atılan ve araştırıcının kendi adını taşıyan in-ley dolgularını, oklüzal ve aproksimal çürükleri olan dişlerine uygulanmasını anlatmaya çalıştık. Dentin ve pulpanm korunmas ı, artık kalan dişin restorasyonla sağlamlaştırılması, hastanın rahatsızlığını minimal duruma indirmesi, zaman sarfiyatına engel olması bakımından süt dişlerinin Willet inleyleriyle biyomekanik prensiplere dayanarak tedavi edilmelerinde sayısız faydalar vardır. SUMMARY In this article we have mentioned conservation of primary teeth using Willett inlays. It preserves all the biomechanical advantages of previous systems of treatment. The technic autlined in this paper reguires far less patient time for the operation than any other method. The end results is a high guality restoration, less time and a lover cost of material.
