Abstract :ÖZET Bu makalede gömülü bir dişin devitalizasyonu neticesi sağ mandibulada meydana gelen periapikal enfeksiyonun devamı şeklinde olan nadir bir akut suppurative osteomyelitis vak\`ası ele alınmış ve bu proçes\`in etiyolojik faktörleri üzerinde durulmuştur. SUMMARY In this article an acute supperative osteonryletis is presented. This case of acute osteomylctis had its origin in acute periapical infection of an embedded non-Vital first premolar tooth in the right mandible. The principles of diagnosis and the etiologic factors are discussed.
