Abstract :ÖZET Yeterli emniyet tedbirleri alınmaksızın, el ile kullanılmış olan beuterlock aleti, iki hastada hazım yolu içine kaçmıştır. Bunlardan biri 5, diğeri 16 gün sonra ameliyat edilmiştir. Her iki vak\`ada da aletin sivri vidaya benziyen ucu duodenum cidarını delmiş, periton boşluğu içine geçmiş, üstelik birinde karaciğer dönüsünün içine saplanmıştı. Hastalar komplikasyonsuz iyileştiler.
