Abstract :ÖZET Parotis derin lobundan çıkarak orofarinkste kabarma insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(bulging); ile kendini gösteren iki mikst tümör vakası takdim edilerek teşhis ve tedavi prensipleri tartışılmıştır. Bu tümörlerin eksizyonunun, yüz ve boyundan konservatif parotidektomi için kullanılan insizyonlar ile yapılmasının avantajları belirtilmiştir. SUMMARY Two patients with benign mixed tumor of the deep lobe of the parotid gland, showing bulging of the oroplaharyngeal mucosa have been presented and the principles of diagnosis and treatment discussed. The importance of external approach to excise these tumors through the neck and face is emphasized.
