Abstract :ÖZET 26 yaşındaki bir erkek hastada sol maksillada sinusuda içine alan bir anevrizmal kemik kisti yakası açıklandı. Cerrahi yolla kürete edilen materyalin histopatolojik tetkikinde brown tümörü ile benzer görünüm verdiği izlenerek hastada klinik kontroller derinleştirildi ve sonuçta anevrlzmal kemik kisti tanısı konuldu. SUMMARY A case of aneurysmal bone cyst occuring in the left maxilla and including the sinus in a male patient of age 26 is reported. It is microscopically observed that the material taken by surgical means show a similar appearance with the brown tumour. Clinical contrails are detailed and as a result the case is diagnosed as aneurysmal bone cyst.
