Abstract :SUMMARY A 30 year old woman presented with pain and discomfort in the right maxillary region. Periapical radiographs failed to reveal bony or dental pathosis. Subsequent orthopantomograph insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Figure: 1); and skull x-ray films insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Figure : 2); revealed the presence of impacted third molar at the level of the floor of the right orbital area. Although the position assumed by the impacted third molar is higher than usual, this case demonstrates the need to augment periapical radiographs with further radiographic studies of the sinus and orbital area. Radiographs were taken from a 22 year old male patient for determining dental caries. In panoramic examination another supernumerary tooth lias also been seen on the distal face of the upper right third molar insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Figure : 4);. An abnormal situation has not been seen in anterior jaw. The position of the one of the tooth was normal, but the other one was mesio-distaly orientated. In radiographs, it\`s been observed that both of the teeths roots were not developed. In clinical examination the teeth were in inclusive position. The patient explanied that the teeth did not disturb him. Keywords :
