Abstract :SONÇLAR ; 1. Periodontal kistlerin bakteriyolojisi ile ilgili olarak araştırması yapılan 20 vakanın 5\`ide insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(% 25); üreme görülmedi, 15 inde ise insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(% 75} üreme görüldü. 2. Üretilen bakterilerden büyük bir kısmının Str. viridans grubu insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(% 50); ve özellikle Str. mitis, Str. sanquis, Str. solivarius tipi bakteriler oldukları saptandı. 3. Çalışmada sadece aerobik değil, anaeröbik yöntemlerde kullanıldı. 4. Çalışmamızın sonuçları üreme oranı hariç tutulacak olunursa üretilen mikroorganizma tipi bakımından bizden öncekilerle aynı düzeydedir. Onlarda bizim gibi, burada ortamda çoğunlukta olan türün Str. viridans olduğunu saptamışlardır.   SUMMARY The aerob and anoerob floras of the periodontal cysts are investigated on 20 cases. The following conclusions were reached: 1. Anaerobic as well as the aerobic culture is essential in a study of the microbiology of the periapical area. 2. Negative cultures are obtained in 5 of the 20 cases {% 25);. 3. Str. viridans was found in 50 percent of the cases.
