Abstract :ÖZET Kliniğimize üst çene kırığı tedavisi için başvuran dört hastamızda uygulamış olduğumuz eksternal tesbit tekniği takdim edilmektedir. SUMMARY In this article four cases of maxiller fractures were presented. In these cases external fiksation technic were performed and good results were obtained.
