Abstract :ÖZET Kliniğimize immediat protez yapılması için başvuran 35 hasta üzerinde interkortikal alveoplasti ve Basit çekim tekniklerini kullanarak, labial kenarlı ve suni köklü olmak üzere iki tip protez uyguladık. Gözlemlerimiz neticesinde koruyucu cerrahi olarak tanımlıyabileceğimiz basit çekimler sonucu, alveoler kretlerde daha az rezorpsiyon tesbit ettik. Ayrıca uygulanan immediat protezlerin, kretleri koruyucu bir etki göstererek, rezorpsiyonu azalttığını saptadık. Hastalarımıza yaptığımız immediat protezler antenli olarak imal edilerek antenlerin yumuşak dokulardaki etkileride araştırıldı. SUMMARY We constructed two types of immediate dentures on 35 case, by using intercortical alveoplasty and simple extraction technics. At the end of this clinical experiments, we saw that the technic of simple extraction was more useful for immediate denture surgery. On the other hand, immediate dentures\` etfects were possitive on protecting alveoler crest from resorption.
