Abstract :ÖZET Klinik olarak en çok kullanılan yüzeyel fluorür çözeltilerinden NaF, APF ve SnF2\`ün mineye DCPD çözeltisi ile ön uygulamalı olarak ya da doğrudan uygulanmasının etkinlikleri in vitro olarak araştırıldı. Araştırmanın sonucunda, DCPD çözeltisi ile ön uygulama yapılmış tüm gruplarda, hem minede tutulan fluorür oranının hem de apatitik yapıya katılmış mineye sıkı bağlı fluorür oranının kontrol yüzeylerden istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı olarak arttığı gösterildi. ABSTRACT The cariostatic effect of the most widely used topical fluoride solutions in clinics such as NaF, APF and SnF2 has been evaluated in vitro when applied to enamel directly or pretreated with DCPD solution. The results of the research has demonstrated that in all of the DCPD pretreated groups, both values of either the total fluoride uptake of enamel and the amount of closely bound fluoride incorporated enamel were higher than the control surfaces.
