Abstract :ÖZET Bu çalışmada, nadir görülen odontojen tümörlerden olan bir periferik ameloblastoma olgusu bildirildi. Hastanın kadın olması ve yaşının kaynaklara göre alt sınırda bulunması ilginçti. Olgumuzun klinik ve mikroskopik bulguları kaynak bilgileriyle karşılaştırıldı. Tümörün etyolojik özellikleri ve tedavi yöntemleri tartışıldı. Olgumuzda uygulanan tedavi ve bir sene sonraki kontrol sonuçları bildirildi. Anahtar sözcük: Periferik ameloblastoma. ABSTRACT In this article, a case of peripheral ameloblastoma, a very rare odontogenic tumor, is reported. The fact that the patient was a woman and her age was in the lower limit due to literature was interesting. The clinical and microscopic findings of our case is compared to those of literature. The ethiologic features and methods of therapy are discussed. The therapy and control results one year after the surgery are reported. Key word: Peripheral ameloblastoma.
