Abstract :In this stuy, whose main subject is “The Place of Serender in the Village Life in Beşikdüzü, Which is One of the Towns of Trabzon and a Sample Serender”, firstly some information has been given about culture, its components, and the use of the vvord “culture” in different complements, quoting from some well-known researches insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(like Mehmet Kaplan, Mümtaz Turhan); who studied the subject in detail. Secondly, we have given detailed information about Serenders, which are cor.sidered as etnographic items, their places and importance in village life, the purposes they are used for, and their sizes and features. Finally, we mentioned the size of a sample serender, vvhich has ali the above mentioned features, and the way they are built
