Abstract :The aim of the study is to compare musculoskeletal problems, physical activity level, and quality of life in office workers according to remote and face-to-face working conditions. The study included a total of 112 office workers. The musculoskeletal problems, quality of life, physical activity level, and anxiety level were evaluated using the Cornell Musculoskeletal Disorders Questionnaire (CMDQ), the Nottingham Health Profile (NHP), the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ) and the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory, respectively. Office workers during remote working had a higher CMDQ score, IPAQ (walking), and anxiety level, while the IPAQ (vigorous, total) scores were higher during the face-to-face working period (p<0.05). Office workers during face-to-face working had lower NHP score compared to the remote working period (p<0.05). Daily usage time of the computer and mobile phones and the IPAQ (moderate, total) scores were significant predictors of the CMDQ (p<0.05).Office workers during remote working had higher musculoskeletal problems and anxiety levels, while quality of life and physical activity levels were higher during the face-to-face working. Although musculoskeletal problems have decreased in the normalization period after the COVID-19, this situation is a significant health problem independent of the pandemic in office workers. Physical activity recommendations should be made to reduce musculoskeletal problems in office workers. Keywords : Covid-19, kas-iskelet sistemi problemleri, ergonomi, ofis çalışanları, iş sağlığı
